My story

In today’s online world, we want to be an island of personal encounters. Thanks to it, we can reliably connect companies with candidates tuned in to the same wave.

My name is Katka Bořilová and I have been involved in HR since the very beginning of my professional career. I went through large and small, Czech and foreign companies, where I have learned how HR is done. At the same time, I came into contact with the work of suppliers, i.e. personnel and consulting agencies. The mixture of these experiences resulted in the desire to combine my knowledge in my own agency, which will be able to provide excellent service not only to companies, but also to the candidates themselves. I went through several phases when I worked alone, with employees, until I got to the current model, where I use specialized professionals from my varied and proven professional network for specific projects. And because I care about what the job market will look like in the future, I pass on my knowledge through teaching at a university.
